Parent Advocacy

Are you a parent or a parent-to-be with a learning disability? Do you know someone who is and needs support?

A Parent Advocate can support you in matters to do with your children. The advocate can go to meetings and appointments with you to make sure you get your voice heard and understand what is being said.

The advocate can help you find other support and training to be a parent to your child.

The advocate will respect your views and keep them private. The advocate is independent – not part of Social Services or any other service and our advocacy service is FREE.
